About Cold End Dosing Systems
Traditional centralised dosing systems are well known to be prone to pipe blockages due to bacteria build up. Graphoidal’s solution to this is to offer a dedicated cold end dosing unit for each production line, this vastly reduces the distance the coating mixture has to travel and lowers the risk of bacteria build up. These dedicated dosing units give precise, automatic ratio control which provides accurate, reliable dosing, flow control and alarms. Units can also be retro-fitted to existing over or underbelt spray bridges and are available as automatic or manual adjustment versions.
