About Cold End Spray Bridges
Cold end coating is a critical step in the production process and it is essential that a spray bridge works as reliably and efficiently as possible. The twin axis OBSIII from Graphoidal is an extremely flexible spray bridge which delivers a controlled dosage of coating material to all containers in both directions. It is capable of spraying below the container finish, remote connectivity and due to constant ware monitoring technology, reduces wastage and risk of potential damage by only
passing between rows where space is sufficient to do so.
3 different spray nozzles are available, each giving a different spray output and it is possible to fit more than one nozzle to the spray bridge. We are always happy to work with customers to advise the best set up for their application.
