About Delivery Equipment
Our troughs and deflectors are made from high quality 6mm thick steel, not cast! This makes them more resistant to damage through impact and easier to modify or repair should accidents happen! Our delivery equipment is available in both ‘U’ shape and ‘V’ shape and is a lighter alternative to the more traditional cast versions.
‘Air-ride’ troughs are also available; these are an air-cooled trough which connects to fan air. These are great for long production runs and can stay on a machine for years without the need for modification. The air cooling maintains a consistent temperature which in turn gives consistent loading into the moulds. All troughs and deflectors are available for a wide range of machines and can be made to all standard sizes.
