The fixed drop guide is an offering from Graphoidal that can improve the stability of your gobs while loading to increase productivity, reduce defects and improve shear spray. Available for use with a range of shear mechanisms, the fixed drop guide houses the spray bars close to the shears for optimum cooling effect and holds gob guides in position which reduces the load on the shear mechanism to improve it’s operational lifetime. The gob guides themselves are fully adjustable, water cooled and are available in a variety of sizes. Available in SG, DG, TG and QG
