About Repair Welding Unit
Sonicam Repair welding unit (RWU) is a very user-friendly spot-welding tool used to repair damage and defects to mould cavities and edges. The RWU is designed to fuse nickel pellets or welding rod to any damaged or pitted areas of a mould cavity through spot welding, these can then be polished back to regain a flat and smooth surface ready for production.
