About RS6 Vent Hole Drilling Machine
Sonicam RS6 is a vent hole drilling machine which incorporates three drill heads! two horizontal drill heads along the same axis and a third fixed at 90o to ensure perfect alignment of vent holes. The machine is capable of drilling a vent hole of 0.3mm– 0.8mm perpendicular to any part of a mould including the shoulder and any engraved / embossed areas thanks to the 360o swivel table. Two additional drill heads ensure perfect alignment of vent holes either vertically or horizontally.
