About S1 Mould Polishing Machine
Sonicam S1 is a low maintenance automatic mould polishing machine that is able to polish a new or repaired blank or blow mould to a mirror finish. This gives the perfect surface for efficient container manufacture. 500 Polishing programs can be set up and stored locally governing where to polish and at what speed depending on the mould profile, shape, size, and engravings areas while ensuring perfect, repeatable and homogenous polishing of the mould cavities every time. This is a very reliable machine but on the rare occasion a fault develops, remote access is available allowing Sonicam technicians the ability to diagnose and help fix the problem remotely.
The machine is available in 1, 2 or 3 independent sections meaning up to 3 different polishing programs could be running at the same time.
