About Shear Spray Systems
Graphoidal are market leaders in the field of shear spraying. Their none centralised systems supply a tightly regulated and measured dosage of water and oil mixture to multiple production lines in a highly efficient manor giving great savings on consumption when compared to competitors. These systems are also capable of supplying a dedicated feed of oil, water or oil / water mixture directly onto the scoop to aid loading. Systems are available in two configurations:
- Oil in water – oil is mixed with water in a regulator unit mounted on the shear platform and then piped directly to the spray bar where it mixes with air.
- Oil in air – water is piped directly to the spray bars and oil is mixed with the air inside a regulator unit mounted on the shear platform. This oil and air mixture is then piped directly to the spray bars and only contacts the water at the point of spray to eliminate the risk of blockages and material build up inside the pipes. Recommended for areas of poor water quality
